Indraprastha Gas Ltd
(IGL),New Delhi,India will launch a prepaid compressed natural gas (CNG) card
for both retail and fleet operators 11.10.2017 which will allow its customers to refuel compressed
natural gas (CNG) at its stations without carrying cash. Called Indraprastha
Gas Ltd (IGL) Smart Cards, it will be launched today (11.10.2017) by Petroleum
Minister ,Government of India Shri Dharmendra Pradhan along with Dr Harsh
Vardhan, Minister of Science and Technology, Earth Sciences and Environment, Government
of India
IGL is a
Delhi-based city gas distribution company(A Joint Venture of Gail India,BPCL
& NCT of Delhi). The company supplies compressed natural gas (CNG) to the
transport sector and piped natural gas (PNG) to households, industrial and
commercial sector in Delhi and the National capital Region (NCR Zone).
